Guerrilla dance party video

Last year I organized a guerrilla dance party in downtown Vancouver. We danced unabashedly for 3 hours with a huge sound system in the middle of Robson Square. During this time I had 8 cameras filming with the hopes of putting together a Public Service Announcement from the Underground Arts Community of Vancouver supporting the idea of Guerrilla Exuberance. You can read an article on Vancity Buzz about the event here: http://www.vancitybuzz.com/2014/07/renegade-dance-party-takes-robson-square-photos-video/
After travelling for the summer I have now entered the editing stage, and have been having trouble finding a composer, colour correctionist, and audio editor to work for free. If I were to receive this money I would use it to pay professionals in those fields to work on the film.

Upon the release of the film, utilizing the combined networks of everyone who was involved in making it happen, and considering the feel good nature of the story, this video has all the right ingredients to go viral. And when it goes viral, it would be impossible to quantify the inspiration that the audience would receive. Whether it simply makes someone smile, or inspires them to be comfortable enough with themselves to dance in the streets, it is clear that in troubled and worrisome times the public needs a little more exuberance.
