Community, outdoors, delicious food a-plenty, in the midst of tealights, white tablecloths under a starry sky. I love fantastical settings and I love it in nature. I’ve been lucky to have eaten meals cooked and served in gorgeous outdoor settings. And recently applying for the neighbourhood small grant, I imagined it bigger, more beautiful, where the meal is catered and it will be substance free other than maybe light wine?? and it’s really just open to anyone who found the event and wants to make some new friends in the community in a beautiful wholesome dinner event. All they have to do to join the dinner? sign up for a ticket, show up with something to share (haven’t decided what this is yet), and sit down, eat, and enjoy. My favorite kind of community gathering. And everyone who is on this ‘awesome’ list will get an email invite as well.
