I want to bring back Cabaret. I want to bring back what Atomic Vaudeville used to be. As of right now AV is a play. It's show with writers and directors. We spend weeks working on it. The show has left what it was far far far behind. And I feel like it needs to come back. I don't want AV to run it. Cause lets be truthful, it wont be cabaret ... it will be the same as any other AV show. If you came to the cabaret night at the victoria fringe this year then you know what I'm talking about. I'm talking about bring back a Host! Dean Martin! I'm talking about acts. Bits. Something new. Bring people from Vancouver and Bellingham. Dancers and poets. Phillips Comedy night is failing. And the Showdown isn't drawing enough people. I want to start something big. I want to get names. And to do so I need to book the VEC on a friday or Sat. None of this sunday or tuesday crap.
