I am 31 years old and I’m the single mother of two daughters. My idea is to start single mother co-op housing. These would be affordable (go by your income through budget analysis) apartments where women would live and help each other out. There are women who are excellent caretakers without certifications, who people trust to take care of children. These women would be the daycare providers for the working mothers. A salon in the building that residents can work in. Somebody making breakfasts in the am for the kids in the building. These would be buildings of all races, but single moms are the focus. And they wouldn’t be projects. That is my idea. Thank you for your time and consideration.
