What would we do with an unexpected $500-$2000 you ask? Why we would use it to take over the world of course! My boyfriend and I are moving to New Zealand in September to learn how to live off the land. We’ve decided that neither of us have enough real world skills and that we desperately need to get them NOW (You never know when the zombie apocalypse will start). So we are quitting our real-world jobs to travel the country, live off the grid, volunteer at farms and learn how to build barns, earth homes and anything else we can find. We have already saved up to fund our adventure to the unknown but we realized recently we would not be able to afford our own car for the trip therefore leaving us at the whims of our host families as well as barring us from visiting remote locations that require vehicles to get to. With the money that we earn from being awesome, we would purchase a vehicle that will help us move forward to being even more awesome AND skilled in the craft of self reliance. So c’mon guys, help a girl out!
