Topic: Tiny House Blueprints.
Funding used for: Professional blueprints drawn up of my Tiny House designs.
Purpose: Selling Tiny House blueprints online. Designs without ladders to reach a sleeping loft, main floor bedrooms or stairs instead.
Market: 50+ crowd, disabled, or both. Singles, couples.
Status: Sketches on graph paper to scale. Several designs completed.
Research: Books, videos, blogs (most frequent comment, can’t do ladders) pictures, 20 yrs of experience in interior design, decorating – building – industry.
Benefit: Tiny houses offer a simple, mortgage free lifestyle, it’s called the Tiny House Movement.
This is Phase I of my plan.
Phase II:
Revenue from blueprint sales online used to build prototypes of Tiny House designs.
Testing, improving designs, creating options.
Phase III:
Revenue from blueprint sales used to build Tiny House Eco Village, with common areas.
Revenue from rental income of extra Tiny Homes used to maintain Eco Village.
If residents want to travel, villagers can rent out and manage their homes for them, depositing income for residents.
Tiny House rentals help people decide if they want to build their own.
