I spend a lot of time reading and wished for a better way to hold my tablet for extended times.I developed an adjustable, wire-frame device that does this, hands-off and believe it would be very marketable as there is currently nothing like it available.It folds up and can also be used to prop the tablet on a tabletop for easy access.
