This is an idea I have been playing with for the past few years; I called it Craft Meadow. I make crafts for sick children and for charities. I have made bracelets, hair clips, jars of origami stars, etc. and given them to BC Children’s Hospital and Canuck Place where they were given to the kids. Another aspect of Craft Meadow is making crafts/gifts for charities to sell. I gave similar crafts to two local animal shelters. The volunteers sold them by donation and received anywhere from $1-$20 a piece and all the crafts I gave cost under a dollar to make! I’d like to make more crafts (and better ones) and raise money for more charities. I am limited in what I can do now as I purchase my own supplies or have been given them. I made a website in 2014 but without supplies I can’t do much. Here it is: http://craftmeadow.webs.com . I would use the money to purchase supplies and money left over would be donated; I don’t want to make or keep money.
